Today is one of the best days of the year... Um, it's National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day! While we may not get a day off from work, I fully encourage you to indulge in a few of these delicious treats. That said, not all cookies are created equally.
So, friends...let me just say that I have done the "exhausting" and "grueling" work of finding the best of the best. These cookies are gooey, they're crunchy, and they're overloaded with chocolate chips.
Plus, I have a little trick for you... Roll the dough into separate little balls and freeze them before baking (if you can stand the wait). This makes it super easy to make a couple of cookies (or a whole batch) whenever you have a hankering, and the inside of the cookie comes out softer while the outside crisps. Trust me, it's amazing!
